Reflection, an act of self-hygiene and sustainability

I love to potter around on my days off. In the garden, collecting stones, arranging, rearranging…Zen garden to the soul.
Collective soul, perhaps.
Only kidding. Opportunity is seen, not always heard.
With heightened senses I grasp for the greenery on my power walks with the dog.

In my dream a few days back there was me in a sun-colored car cruising through town with (so it states in my dream) my dog.
Man’s best friend, in my dreams I was the happy

pet-owner of a labrador. He was lying across the engine hood.
I was not able to see and stopped driving (afraid to cause a traffick accident).
Then I woke up ( in my dream) and there stood a neighbor. I asked him where my dog went?
He answered, don’t you know? He found a proper home with a nice family years back.

Dreams, only dreams. Dreams to me communicate a mood.
With symbology I am no so good. But I could ask a few of my aquaintances (if need be).
Always good to have reliable connections. In any case.

The nice thing about the Zen practise is to be able to get a muscle for “Letting go”.
As a born roman Catholic in this nice town I grew up in, i am a cultural amalgam of who my parents were, my teachers,
societal influences and my school or work  peers.

I am altogether very grateful for all my teachers and teachings (good or bad). The human experience is an adventure.

The Buddha to me is a great teacher and spiritual warrior. Mental strength, discipline and endurance.

Navigating through the dark, Kinhin or other types of meditations help to practice keeping in my lane.
Here are a few wonderful quotes I will leave you with today.

Have a blessed one!
